If you or your child has a specific area that you would like to see addressed with a FEEL TRIP, a private session can be a great way to get started!
Just like any FEEL TRIP, we will spend time outdoors learning about Nature. We'll also work on building skills and resilience for coping with complicated emotions and personal challenges.
Our goal is to support the development of better mental wellness through targeted learning and practice - all while having fun in Nature!
I will work with you to create the perfect program for your child, so they can begin to feel more confident, calm and positive.
