1. Yoga Hike & Forest Bath: Enjoy a slow-paced, gentle walk in the woods. We stop regularly to try out yoga poses, practice calming strategies, take notice of Nature around us, and build mindfulness.
2. Trailblazer Yoga Hike: A more strenuous hike designed to allow you to challenge yourself physically, and engage in dynamic yoga flows designed to engage your strength, balance, and focus.
In addition to the physical benefits of yoga (developing strength and flexibility), it also helps you to manage anxiety, boosts self-esteem, enhances concentration and memory, improves emotional regulation, and reduces impulsivity.
