Family Adventures with Feels N Fields combine the excitement and thrill of discovering new places with a fresh twist - we also take the time to explore ourselves and uncover the tools needed to be our best and brightest selves.
Each Family Adventure is a guided exploration of both Nature and personal mental wellness.
The goal is to capture the excitement and curiosity of the participants, while engaging in Nature-based activities designed to build awareness, boost connection, and offer avenues to continue the learning and discovery long after the session ends.

Sandra is an educator, Nature guide, and movement facilitator with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with themselves and the natural world.
With many years of experience as an elementary school teacher and over two decades of personal yoga practice, she brings a thoughtful, accessible approach to learning and well-being.
Sandra holds certifications in forest therapy, geobiology, and Nature somatics, and loves creating experiences that weave together Nature, movement, mindfulness, and curiosity.
Her sessions invite people of all ages to slow down, tune in, and rediscover a sense of balance and inner calm.
