Just like any FEEL TRIP, we'll spend the time outdoors, learning about nature and building personal wellness. Family FEEL Trips are a great way to kick-start a habit of spending time together outdoors, and also communicating about how to support one another through life's challenges. I will work with you to create a session for your family that targets and supports your goals in a fun and exciting way. We'll also choose a location that fits with the ages/mobility of the participants.
Available in 1- or 2-hour sessions
